What happens next. We acknowledge every report within 48 hours and act within seven days. While we review, listings remain live unless the issue is plainly serious — impersonation, struck-off status, or a credible safety concern — in which case we take the listing down immediately pending review.
Optional. Reports without contact details get lower priority because we can't follow up.
