What this site is
Iran Lawyers is a free, non-commercial directory of practising lawyers of Iranian background, run as a community resource. Listings are submitted by lawyers themselves and verified against their regulator before publication.
What this site is not
This is not legal advice. It is not a referral service. It is not a recommendation of any lawyer. We do not endorse any practitioner listed here and we are not responsible for the conduct, advice, or outcomes of any lawyer you engage. Choosing and engaging a lawyer is your own decision and you should do your own due diligence.
No lawyer-client relationship
Using this site, contacting a lawyer through information found on this site, or relying on anything on this site does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and Iran Lawyers or between you and any listed lawyer. A lawyer-client relationship is formed only by a written engagement between you and a lawyer.
Accuracy of listings
We verify listings before publication and re-verify annually. Between checks, circumstances change — lawyers may move firms, change focus, or have their registration affected. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in listings between verifications. If you believe a listing is wrong, please tell us.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape, harvest, or bulk-export information from this site. You may not use the directory to send unsolicited commercial messages to listed lawyers. You may not submit false information or impersonate another person.
Removal of listings
Any listed lawyer may request removal of their listing at any time by emailing contact@iranlawyers.org. We will action removal within seven days.
Notice and takedown
If you believe content on this site is unlawful — defamatory, infringing, or otherwise — please submit a report via the report form with sufficient detail for us to evaluate. We acknowledge reports within 48 hours and act within seven days. We may remove content pending review if the issue appears serious on its face.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iran Lawyers and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, including any reliance on listings or any consequence of engaging a lawyer found through this site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
